My stay was a short one-night adventure, where we opted for some sightseeing in the area. The King Room we stayed in was spacious, and the comfort of the bed made it easy to feel at home. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of choices and was served in a lovely setting. Plus, having on-site parking was a major bonus for us, making it simple to explore nearby attractions like Jabal Amman and the King Abdullah I Mosque without any hassle.

The family suite offered ample space, making it comfortable for all members. The suite layout was well-structured, providing a sense of privacy for parents and kids alike.
One room in the family suite lacked air conditioning, using a portable device that barely helped. The bathroom fixtures needed attention, with poorly functioning taps making it difficult to balance water temperature during showers. Also, the bathroom fans ran constantly, which created a nuisance at night.

Consider using the hotel’s taxi service to explore local attractions easily, as public transport may be less accessible.

I thought this hotel would be my home away from home, but I was sorely disappointed. And they didn't even offer any complimentary gesture for my discomfort. It’s almost like they don’t even care about guest experience. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

An Excellent Family Getaway!
We enjoyed a delightful 4-night stay. The large twin room offered plenty of space for our family, and the hotel staff arranged taxis promptly. Breakfast with stunning views and a good variety made mornings special. Pack extra water as only two glasses are provided in the room.

The large room offered a fantastic amount of space, and the comfortable bedding ensured a restful night. Breakfast featured a delightful home-made yogurt, among other options, which stood out during our stay. However, the parking situation could be challenging during peak times, and some bathroom fixtures required repairs to improve overall usability. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection had frequent interruptions, impacting connectivity.
